Once project details are nailed down, we use mockups, finish samples, 3D renderings, line drawings, and more to make sure everyone understands the desired aesthetic and the potential variations in selected finishes.

Functionality.

A complete sweep through project plans ensures that finishes and hardware choices align with your operational requirements and safeguards against unwelcome surprises.

Value Engineering.

We walk through the decision-making process with you to gain a clear understanding of which details are vital for us to execute on your vision, and which are not. Then our team evaluates all viable solutions before recommending alternatives to ensure you make the most of your budget.

Site Visits.

Site surveys, blocking and signal plans, site access requirements – we put all the pieces in place for a smooth installation.

Drafting.

Our CAD-based engineering delimits every measurement and every cut down to the pilot hole for every screw. We submit clear and comprehensive approval drawings for your review so you can feel confident we fully understand your design intent.

07.

Production Options.

Once we understand your top priorities — whether they’re driven by schedule, budget, or both — we develop a production plan, either at our state-of-the-art facility in New York or among our trusted partners throughout the United States, Canada, Asia, and Europe.

08.

Logistics.

From transporting our products around the globe to double-checking that our skids and crates will fit through your front door, making sure things go as planned is both an art and a science.

09.

Jobsite Administration.

All aspects of your distribution and routing, including transport logistics and all customs paperwork for international shipments, are taken care of. We’ll also select the right installers and supervisors for your project.
